I've googled the thread title, but nothing useful really came up.
I'm not really up on stag & doe date ettiquette, so I've got a question.
A girl friend of mine has been going steady with a guy for about a month, and they were dating casually for about 2 months before that.
He's going to a cousin's Stag and Doe tommorow night. Was he supposed to invite her? I'm not exactly sure how S&D's work.

Why would ettiquette prevent them from attending as a couple? Stag & Doe parties are basically for gift giving and, in some cases, to raise money to help the couple deflect the cost of the wedding.
Either way, I think you are more than welcome to bring a date.

Well, I was under the impression it was standard procedure to bring a signifigant other to a stag & doe; I was wondering if the bf was snubbing my friend, or just ignorant, or whatever.

It might not be a snub. Some people don't feel comfortable bringing their new girlfriends to meet their family. You know how annoying those things get. People asking all sorts of questions, your mother bringing out your baby pictures, etc.
Some people consider stag & doe parties to be more of a tedious obligation (I know I do). Maybe he was just trying to spare her an evening with people she doesn't know.
At this stage of his relationship, he is not obligated to bring her to every single family event. I don't think your friend has to worry unless he has another date for the party.
