It's a database of communal usernames and passwords for sites that require registrations like the New York Times and a bunch of other newspapers people link to here. If you don't want to copy/paste the article, you could go look up a login/password from BugMeNot.com.

Nato, I heard about such a registration-sharing site, mentally marked it as something to put into my favorites list, and then [Laugh]

forgot the site's name as well as where I'd heard of it.
