It's something I want to get, but I'm not sure whether to go for Sirius or XM. If anyone here has satellite radio or has compared the two first hand, please tell me which you would choose. Thanks.

MOSSBERG from the wsj (he does tech reviews) likes XM radio. He recommends that you get the SkyFi reciever or the SkyFi portable audio system as your XM reciever.

not sure if this link will work for non subscribers, but here it is:

I have always trusted his reviews, so it is likely a good product.

Here is XM's channel listing, and here (it's a PDF) is Sirius's. XM seems to have more channels.

I don't think there's that much of a difference between them. My dad has Sirius and really likes it.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm really tempted to run and get a new screen name: ! or $... or you could just throw a bunch together and get something along the lines of %&*#...
