For the registration impaired among us, basically the Bush administration has been showing up a number of programs as publicity opportunities -- ones it has been steadfastly opposing and trying to get severely cut or eliminated.
So if you see the Bush admin voicing support for a program, make sure they're putting their budgetary proposals where their mouth is. You may be in for a surprise as to whether or not that program would stay around had they their wish.
