Just got out of my Constitutional Law exam, and the substantive due process/equal protection question was about polygamy.

Having to distinguish polygamy from gay marriage on threads here at Hatrack gave me a very subtle advantage, since I didn't have to spend time thinking of the state interests involved in banning polygamy - I could concentrate on thinking of the legal aspects.

It's nice when a hobby can be so helpful in real life.
