Ok, why is it that every outline I get is even more incoherent on the topic than I am? I assume naively that these folks with good grades would have good outlines but no. I need an outline to help me organize my own. So, at the risk of sounding like a parasite, do any of you brilliant law school Jatraqueros have either Civil Procedure or Contracts outlines that you'd be willing to loan? thanks

If you think your outlines are nuts, you should check out my notes.

I didn't do a civil procedure outline - I use Glannon's Examples and Explanations. If you don't have it, get it.

As for Contracts, I doubt my outline would help you. It was very professor-specific. What book did you use?

My Mom, whose genes and notes I share, booked contract law her first year.

A little unabashed bragging.

My Contracts book is Contracts: Cases and Materials by Farnsworth, Young and Sanger.

I know E&E is good, I just wanted something more brief, so that I could use it as a skeleton for my own.

Sorry, my contracts outline was based on a book written by my professor, and he jumped around a lot. It was very unconventional, so I don't think it would help at all. And, as I said, I didn't do a CivPro outline.
