Are the two mutually exclusive?

Well, what do you think, Syn? Are the parties reporting dispassionate without anything to gain from influencing you one way or another?

I recall a DNC rep during the election hang up, saying that they had only spent a fraction of what the Reps spent on advertising in military publications because they were so confident of sweeping that demographic they didn't feel the need to campaign. Since then, I don't trust either party committee as a news source.

I don't believe I trust Bush, but it's hard to figure out if it's justified or just a knee jerk prejudice towards politicians.
