I'm home sick today. Yesterday was plain awful, so today I'm home. And besides lamenting that no one is in the Hatrack chat room, I've been reading Sophie's World and watching Zoolander.
My brain is going to 'splode.

I'm trying to figure out the appeal of Owen Wilson. I have a firend who worked in a shop here in Dallas when he came shopping, and she does NOT vouch for his charm in person (picture a visble sheen of grease), but there's something mezmerizing about him on screen. The laid-back, quirky confidence is adorable.
Of course, at the very moment, he's pulling his underwear off without taking his pants off, so your mileage may vary.

I love Sophie's world
Or loved it. I read it a couple of years ago. Have you read anything else by Gaarder?
