For variety 'Refresh' is oft a joy. And is usually more sucessful.

I go to view, and then to refresh. Prudence has never been one of my strong points.

You can also hit CTRL-F5 (or CTRL click the refresh button) to force a complete reload of the page. A normal refresh mostly doesn't update everything in your cache.
