Stupid people made us uninstall Instant Messengers. I had to fight to keep the internet access.

Have you tried webshots?

There is a free version of their backgrounds - you're limited to five downloads a day, but there are some stunning pictures.

My favorite feature is that you can put a calendar on your desktop- very useful!

This is an old favorite with some good free stuff on it.

I've actually been collecting backgrounds for quite a while, and I'm up to about 300 MB, of all different kinds from all different sources. I don't know what copyright laws have to say about that (although I don't have anything that I was ever required to pay for, so it's not like trading mp3s), but if you're comfortable and can think of a way, I'd be glad to share. I could either send you a CD or if you can find an FTP server, I could do it that way. Let me know. [Smile]
