Because clearly anybody who ever gets through our tremendously secure border with Canada must be a possible terrorist. And I'm sure a $10,000 fine will stop the terrorists, to, what with their limited monetary resources.

Oh for God's sake. They should just deputize this guy and let people honk their horns at the border crossing and he'll go out there and check them out. What a crock of you-know-what!
I bet this guy emigrates to Canada.
Stupid, stupid, STOOOOOOPID.

I would shit right in someone's shoes about that one.

You ain't the only one. Matter of fact, I'd make them jail me for non payment of the fine and get it sent as high up as necessary in rorder to get this stupid crap done away with.

Red-light cameras are one thing. But BORDER cameras? Because, naturally, the people who are sneaking across who we really want to keep out are going to mug for the camera. maybe flash some ID, just to make things easier . . .
If they're really serious about this border station, it needs to be more secure and MANNED on weekends. If they're not (and it sure doesn't seem like they are), then fines surely won't deter anyone but RESIDENTS! And how is THAT at all helpful?
