No real information yet, but I just read on Salon.com that an earthquake has hit southern California.

It says that the epicenter was in a town called Cambria, 185 miles northwest of LA. Anybody in the area know more?

Already a thread. Cambria is about 70 miles from my in-laws' house, and about 100 or so from my parents' place. My stepdad was in the bathroom at work and thought he was having a heart attack or something because suddenly his vision was fading and he felt very shaky. Turned out that the lights were actually dimming and the ground was actually moving. [Smile] But everything seems to be pretty much OK in the Monterey Peninsula area (in case anyone cares).

Ah, somehow I missed it. Glad things are okay with you and your family Mike.
