I have a couple dear friends from Portland. One is Aaron Eiche - he's on a mission in SLC right now, and the other is Brigette Steele. I don't know if you run into her at all at church or institute, but she needs a good friend. She's fun, she's literary and she's spunky, but I think she's a little depressed lately.

If you know her, tell her I say hi.

I just met Brigette on Sunday at the Break the Fast!!! And I dearly love Aaron. He sang a lovely tenor in my choir before he left and I miss him! The whole ward is really proud of him. That's so cool! I'll ask Brigette about you when I see her next. She's a cutie.

I'm actually going to be leaving in a few days. I'm in Alaska right now, and me and my dad will be driving through Canada and Washington (stopping for a few days in Seattle, to visit friends) to finally reach Portland. Or near Portland. Not sure of the exact date/place we'll be there, though.
