They should have Ender's Game as required reading.
Some of the language is kinda weird from my Western point of view, very very clear Moral Dissonance if your not acquainted with this but I suspect there's plenty of American drill sergeants who probably believe what Gennady has actually said but wouldn't with camera's filming them.
