Evie's post about roommates got me thinking, and I realized that most if not all of my roommates (the majority of whom I have known prior to living with them) turned out to be crazy once I had lived with them for a while.
Now, maybe living with me makes people crazy. Or maybe I've just had bad luck with roommates. But maybe everyone is secretly crazy, and there really is no such thing as normal.
What do you think of my theory, hatrack?

I think that if you live with someone and see what lies under any person's public veneer, you're bound to find something quirky or unusual. I used to live in boarding house, and can attest to the fact.

Oh hey, this thread is doubled up. Maybe you should delete this one, since the other has more replies.

Boarding Houses still exist?

I've had a few roommates that were sane, stable, dependable, and still interesting and fun. And came from sane, stable, dependable, interesting, and fun families.
