Wow, thanks guys! I wasn't going to check back for a couple hours. Hatrack truely is the best forum site I visit. These days I am more of a lurker, but, I really appreciate the responses.

I thought it should, but it said something about codecs.
Vcl is perfect. It works and does exactly what I want it too. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

I was always able to use Windows Media Player to watch DVDs (though I didn't use it very often) at least until my DVD drive burnt out and I didn't have money to replace it. I didn't have to install any codecs myself but I did have other DVD programs installed (PowerDVD) and it may have provided the necessary codec.

Vlc media player is nice because it requires NO codes, and doesn't have to be installed. You can run it off of a flash drive.
