...a gainfully employed member of society. She's the new choir director at Sherwood high school and Sherwood middle school, and she starts this fall.
Narnia, Hatrack. Hatrack, Narnia.
Pleased to meet you I'm sure.

Congrats. you sure you don't want to move to Ohio? We could use a Choir director that isn't an idiot. Last two have been complete morons. 1st was fired and arrested for having sex with one of the Middle School Students, the 2nd has no clue and is constantly insulting the kids, teachers and administrators. They have tried to fire the 2nd guy but they forgot to follow union guidelines so he stays
Oh, well. Sherwood certainly is a lucky district!!

It's about 30 minutes south west of Portland. Fantastically beautiful area, growing fast and just lovely to drive around.
edit: Kayla, I thought of that too. The high school mascot is a Bowman. I could make a cheesy crack about me being Maid Marion and needing a Robin Hood, but I won't.
Thanks for the congrats you guys.

You will be the coolest chior teacher ever, at least better than the one at my old school, assuming you don't show video's of being in the Miss America Pagent, every year. There are so many exciting things you get to do as a chior teacher, or really any teacher with a classroom, but you have more opportunities, good luck.

Congrats, Narnia! You seem very psyched about the job, hold onto that enthusiasm through the rough spots.

Thanks for the congrats guys. I'm still a little kerflummuxed by the whole thing. I've been waiting in a state of flux for three years. I knew that when I graduated and got a job, I'd move and settle somewhere. Well, now I know where it is and that's a really weird feeling. I can actually start to make plans!! That's the most exciting part of all of it!
