I just ordered a video from amazon.com. When I got my confirmation, I noticed it was VHS...I swear I ordered a DVD. DVD costs the same as VHS on this video.
*this is my first time using amazon*
I went to manage my account and change order---seriously, less then 60 seconds after I placed it. It said the order is processing and I will have to return it. But wait....it is VHS and they won't accept a return.
There is no-one to email or talk to to cancel the order. I am stuck with a VHS and a loop of screens that won't let me do anything.
*explicitive* I wish I could use some strong *EXPLICITIVES* I am on a tight budget this month, and I just spent 20+ dollars on something I can't watch because I don't have a VHS player!!!

I have had a problem with Amazon before. I contacted customer service, and they fixed it. Good luck.
