9 years ago, I knew two WONDERFUL people named Bob and Jeanette... that's not important... what IS important uis that 6 or 7 years ago, they moved to Michigan... Does anyone know how i could go about finding them? They have a very common last name so it'd be REALLY hard to find them... but i KNOW there has to be ways of finding them. Any suggestions?

what do you know about them? -As much as a fourth grader knew about his house parents at the time, I guess. Their names. Their kids names... and uhm... their last names.
did they belong to a church -Babtist
did they belong to any clubs or organizations -nein.
do they have any kids -4. All with the initials "KMW"
what high schools and colleges did they go to (contact the alumni organization) -no friggin clue
what field of work did they do? there may be professional organizations -They were house parents for Boys Country in Hockly Texas. But apprently they aren't anymore, since, you know, they live in Michigan
you could try doing a search to see if they have a personal web site -Did.. they don't.
I really really needed to find someone one time, and I new his whereabouts as of about 15 years prior (because he had lived next door to me at that time).
So I paid for US search when I couldn't find anything on my own.
They sent me back results -- with the address/phone of what it had been 15 years prior -- right when he lived next door. And I was still around when he moved away from there. Yet their web site said they guaranteed that they would have an address "within the last 10 years" and they didn't.
It took quite of bit of arguing with them to convince them that I could prove the information they had was not within 10 years, and was not at all helpful because that was the last known location that "I" knew he had. Finally, however, they refunded my money.
I think the only possibility you have is to contact the people in charge of Boys Country, and if they have a forwarding address for these people they probably WON'T give it to you, but they may be willing to forward a letter from you on to those former workers.

PI's also cost money. I have absolutely none of said money.
I didn't think about the last part, FarmGirl... i DID think about contacting boys country.. but i was positive they wouldn't give me an address. I didn't think about them forewarding a lteer, though. I'll look into it. Thank you.

lol. I did a summer internship the summer of 1996 at Arizona State University. I just realized that the odds of someone on Hatrack knowing my roommate's lab partner, who I became somewhat friends with but lost touch with shortly thereafter is extremely good.
I ran across pictures of all of us the other day which made me think of it.
Why? Well he's an LDS science geek named Kevin Price, who grew up in Prescott, AZ and has 11 brothers and sisters. In fact I'd hazard that the odds he's actually posted on hatrack might be good.

How old are they? One is my age... one is 2 - 4 years older... one is like 7 years younger... one is like 4 or 5 years younger. The parents are in their forties.
What city in misch? If i knew that, I'd already know where they are, wouldn't I?
Specific names of kids? Kyle Michael Williams. Kacie (Kacy) Michelle, Kevin Matthew, Kurt Mitchell.
Does Jeanette sing? Does she sing Bluegrass? That's not her, no. She's brunette.

Any chance they could have moved to Ohio? Any chance Bob is a teacher?
A Kevin Matthew Williams graduated from Ironton, Ohio High School this year, and another search turned up a Bob Williams as a teacher there.
