You still do! Subterranean Press has copies of the trade hardcover available again, although in limited quantity. Apparently some largeish bookstore had ordered a bunch of them, but the deal fell through, so SP is making them available to the general public. This is a phenomenal collection, and well worth the money, in my opinion.

Huh. They've jacked up the price on it. When my parents got it for me for Christmas last year it was a much more reasonable $40. I'd say, though, that in this case if I didn't already have a copy I'd be willing to pay $60 for it.
