This doesn't need a law. There just needs to be a law protecting people who beat up guys that get into their personal space to this degree.

I agree, there is no reason for a new law. You should be able to jam this creep up purely on principle. Once you've nailed him enough to incapacitate him, you say, "You've been toed not to lick peoples toes"

There was no mention made of the number of teeth this guy was missing after being kicked in the mouth several times over the past 3 years...
Or am I the only person who's first reaction would be a "knee jerk" reaction? (sorry, couldn't resist)
I know that, as a guy, I will probably never be targeted by a toe-licker, but if I were a woman in that position I would make sure I had some teeth to dig out of my heel to give to the police as evidence!!
Naturally, however, that would land ME in jail for assault & battery.
