I have a friend who has been making duct tape wallets for years (10+). They aren't half bad to start, but they get pretty nasty by the end (even with constant repairs).

I had a friend who upholstered her couch with duct tape. Did a phenomenal job too; it looked really cool, and lasted for years.

there were some kids at my school a few years ago that had a duct tape prom dress and tux, it was really cool, the guy wore his tux to school not just to prom.

I have a friend who made a duct tape wallet. And another who made a bracelet, and colored it camo with Sharpies. Ahhh, duct tape and Sharpies. What more can you ask for?
