Where was the Hive Queen that ended up on Lusitania originally placed? As far as I know Ender was led to where she was. But why was she the only one there? Were all the buggers on only one planet except for the hive queen that they placed on another planet? Or was the Lusitanian Hive Queen on the same planet as all the buggers were on when the MD device went off. And another thing was that planet destroyed or did the surface just bubble and everything and then the planet went back to normal?

IIRC, all the queens and their little buggers, from all the bugger worlds and colonies, had gathered (or retreated to) the planet. That planet was destroyed by the MD. In simple terms, it was reduced to a giant dirt clod, from the inside out.

The hive queen Ender discovered on the colony at the end of the first book was the only remaining bugger.

The surviving Hive Queen was in an outlying colony far away from the bugger homeworld. The buggers colonized many planets and have many queens. I think all but the surviving Hive Queen went to the final showdown with Ender. I'm guessing she did not go to the battle as a safety precaution against xenocide.

The bugger homeworld was definitely destroyed.

So why didn't any buggers go with the queen to guard her, and set up a new world or something. Maybe even some buggers?

Because they knew by that time that even if they repopulated, the humans would just kill them again. That's why they needed Ender, to find them a safe place to live again.
