Bernard (THANK YOU!!!) called me a little over an hour ago to say that Paul was online and...
He's coming home!!!!! I can hardly believe it, but he's really coming home!!! No more waiting, no more being scared to death whenever I turn on the news. And I can have hugs and ... !!!
I'm sorry for being ridiculously incoherent and I'm sure I'll roll my eyes at this later but for now there are just 15 to 18 more days and...
I'm so hyper right now that it's not even funny. I have to "wake up" for school in just over an hour and there's no way I can fall asleep before then now. Yay for school on two hours of sleep .
Anyway... I think I'll go try to calm down a little before I get any worse (better!).

I think we'll ALL be glad to have him safely back here with you.
(((Pixie)))
That is just fabulous news! As a grown-up Army Bratt, I know how hard it can be on military families. I'm so glad for you. Be sure to tell us when you set the date.

I had been trying really hard not to ask him about when he was going to be coming home, in case it wasn't anytime soon.

Dan: They keep them on the base for 14 days for decompression after their return home. Then we get to see them.
Ryuko: He's going to be with me in Virginia for a week, his mom and his sister in Minnesota for two weeks, then me again for his last week of leave.
