There was a trailer before RotK last night. I believe my exact words were, "Duhbkaodythdah!"

It looks like it will be pretty cool. I don't think I have seen Pitch Black though, so I think I will have to rent that soon.

That true. i wont shave my head. Although I AM mixed, i am nowhere near as darked skinned as Vin, and me shving my head would just look plain silly.

But i DID just watch the trailers for Chronicles of Riddick.

And i think i just crapped my pants. I CANT WAIT

He won't have those killer (pun can be intended if one wishes) shoulders and that absolutely great voice either. I had a heads up on the trailer being attached to ROTK. It was a nice sweet bonus to watching the movie at one minute past midnight. Almost made up for not being close enough to a theater that showed the trilogy marathon.

I want to see another trailer before I make final judgements (like that'll matter when I go see it). It does look interesting, but I just don't want it to mess up my obsession with PitchBlack and Vin Diesel. (He's already done a good job of it with some of the movies he's been in lately, despite the eye candy.) But yes... *swoon* [Big Grin] .

So we saw this trailer today before RotK and afterwards, my sister (Abrynne) leans over and says "They should only put Vin Diesel in silent movies." I guess she said it rather loudly because the guy in front of us just started to laugh and laugh. [Dont Know] I think his gravelly voice is his trademark.

His voice is the only way we knew what movie it was at first, anyway. I mean, the trailer went through all of these "convert or die, blah blah, kill the humans" things without showing him at all. And although I was thinking, "Okay, this looks pretty cool," it wasn't until we heard Vin's "I've made my choice" that Nessa and I started flipping out.

Besides the heads up from a friend, I recognized it after seeing Dame Judi Dench. Then it was all about looking for Vin as Riddick. And then there was the running... *sigh*
