are cheap, but the wife does not like their texture. Ah well. I thought the curry was quite good.

She's taking a physics course, though, just so she can understand what I'm doing. [Smile]

Have you tried them breaded and deep-fried? The midwest might not be good for much, but they know their fried food [Smile]

I really dug the gizzards I used to get from a fried chicken place when I was a kid, but the one time I tried to cook them myself they were horrible.

They're OK, but they're my least favorite giblet.

Today I found out that I like goat liver a lot more than rabbit liver, which is what I've been eating lately.

I love gizzards. Cooked in soup, broiled, breaded and deep-fried... I don't believe I've run into any way to serve them that I don't like. I'm not saying they're unruinable (I don't want to dare anyone), but it's a little hard to imagine a way in which they aren't amazing.

The chicken gizzard is fine. But, be sure to serve the heart too. If swallowed whole, the swallower will dream of their future mate that very night, Guaranteed! Thats from Good Housekeeping, or the Bible, or somewhere. At least my Mom always told me so.

Funny. Men in Israel are told that they shouldn't eat heart, because it will make them forget their Torah.
