I love that first sip of coffee after waking up.
I love that first jolt of cold water hitting me in the shower. I love that first jolt of scalding water hitting me in the shower after resetting the valve cuz that first jolt of cold water was wa-a-ay too cold. I must love it cuz I do it EVERY morning!!!

I love movies that have the courage not to end everything "beautifully". When did *everything* end up perfectly at a given moment in life?!?
I love being with my friends again.
I love people telling me that I'm like a woman when I show that I have feelings and don't get scared of showing them. I love even more people that tell me this as a compliment.

I haven't seen "Chocolat" nor read the book, but I just saw the score the movie got on IMDB and I think it's worth a shot! And should I see the movie and then read the book, or the other way around? (I think it's gonna be movie -> book anyway since I probably can find the DVD easier than the book...)

I love taking a long bath with a book, getting out and truning of the lights in my older kids rooms because they have fallen asleep with their books (hubby does not need to know Matthew fell asleep face down on one of his old Heinlein books), getting into bed with the man and toddler I love, kissing the sweet little toddler cheek, and falling asleep to the feeling of a healthy baby doing gymnastics.
And my morning coffee.

waking up to a kitten sleeping snuggled up against me dark chocolate finishing a sewing project I was worried about and it looks dang good looking up from whatever I'm doing to see my husband smiling at me dancing around in the rain getting to nap with my sweetheart
driving down a highway at night, favorite cd playing, making stupid videos with friends, watching them months later and laughing to tears over them.

Good music Good books White chocolate - like the white chocolate Crunch bars I ate millions of in Greece... mmm... (and yes, I know it shouldn't really be considered chocolate, but that's what it's called!) Long conversations with friends Most movies - and any movie I've hosted ever because hosting is fun and gets me in free Knowing people care

I love posting on Hatrack! I love being around my friends. I love ducks too!! They are sooooo cute. *quack*quack* awww... good duck.. have some corn. Such a good squishy duck.
