I was just listening to a great documentary show called "Hindsight" out of Australian Public Radio about the Kaiser affair, a scandal where a physics P.H.D. student attended a Communist demonstration, and how his dismissal was a part of a much wider political standoff between Britain, America, and the British Empire.
They are doing a segment called Torn Curtain: The Secret History of the Cold War.
Not only is it really interesting to listen to Cold War stories from an Australian perspective, but you Aussies have sweet accents! At the same time, the person reading the quotations of the U.S. Senator is trying for an American accent, but seems to have acheived a more Foghorn Leghorn thing.
