I'm not sure what he meant either. Living in Kansas, we can't go a day without hearing about the misappropriation of our soldiers. I don't know what to think about it. I was just wondering if there were logical reasons for or against it.

Reason's against: The whole idea behind contracting out work to civilian organizations is to free up our troops from the grunt work to do the professional soldering they were trained for.

The problem here is that these contractors are using our troops as free labor, chauffers and pack mules. I do not doubt that Haliburton is also turning in reimbursement expense reports for the fuel and equipment that the Army is supplying.
