Don't mind John, HRE. Sometimes he forgets not to bite the neighbors.

It's a fun concept, and rendered well, but I think you want to put more of an actual texture on the body of the bill -- add some noise to the red and green channels, at the very least -- and do line art for the portrait, rather than a filtered photo.
