How exactly do you translate Farenheit degrees in Celcius degrees ? (Here it's about 10° Celcius, and I don't know how many it makes in Farenheit...)

Actually, for all that Farenheit is "archaic," it does a much better job of describing outside temperature than Celsius; there's simply not enough of a range of difference between 10 Celsius and 26 Celcius, as far as I'm concerned.
