If you want them to be specifically tailored made for females a lot of companies go for what they call the Baby Doll T, something similar to this. They're feminine and flattering, and have a young feel.
If you're looking for women's sizes in T's, though, they run like guys - xs, s, m, l, xl.

Sweetheart, there are so many different sizes and shapes of people that the "one size fits all" approach isn't going to work for everyone. If I were you, I would probably get mediums and larges, because small women like myself usually buy larger shirts o(especially t shirts) more often than larger women buy shirts they can't fit into.
