Hi, OSC, as a published writers, I would just like your opinion on a few questions:

Is the novella still a viable medium to be published in for today's market? Is it still possible for a new writer to get a novella published as a standalone book?

Would an agent even be interested in representing the author of a novella?

I know that novellas are a very tough market to break into, especially if you're not established. But, with so many works in between the 20-60k range, there has to be something for new writers to do outside of serials in magazines, right?
