Today I was down in the Commons (a sort of open air pedestrian mall, but with nicer stores) and I went into one of the two used bookstores to check out the OSC samples. I found:

Same here...I know our used bookstore owner by name and he always holds new OSC hardcovers for me until I come in (usually 2-3 times a week) to see if I have them already or not! Used bookstores are the best, even helped me get a hold of one of my favorite children books that is out of print!

I took Treason out of the library this summer and loved it. It's really hard to find in bigger bookstores so I was jumping up and down on the inside when I saw it in the store.

I recently got Songmaster and Enchantment (second copy) from a used bookstore in the Pittsburgh area, and Legends I from a used bookstore here in Clemson, SC. The own of the store has a hardcover Folk of the Fringe that I'm eyeing, and gets as much Card as is offered her by other customers.
On a non-Card note, I also got two textbooks from the same bookstore (in Clemson) for $4 each, rather than the huge university bookstore prices, and also a 2-Volume Complete Shakespeare for $6 instead of the $53 text the professor suggested. Life is good when a used bookstore is around.

I've bought most of my OSC books as paperbacks from used bookstores, but nothing rare. (The rare books I have I ordered on the Internet.)
But when I visited the Harvey S. Firestone Memorial Library (the main library) at Princeton University in spring 2001, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had Maps in a Mirror, Capitol, and Unaccompanied Sonata and Other Stories (as well as many more common OSC books). It even had the issues of BYU Studies containing OSC's poems "Abel, Cain" and "Openings," and the issue of Analog containing OSC's purposely buried story "Happy Head"!
