That scetch comedy link orson put up is the funniest thing i've seen in a while. Me and my brother couldn't stop laughing, i seriously think that comedian is amazing. I am going to show it to everyone i know and see the kick that they get out of it, i seriously think i got an anurisim from laughing. Posted by SteveRogers (Member # 7130) on :
I'm laughing, but not crying. And it has nothing to do with that link. It isn't working for me. But my friend is losing horribly at a really stupid video game. I didn't even remember it existed, but he got it out of the cabinet, put it in, and started losing.

Funny it was, but I laughed at this guys logic as well as his humor.
But then again, it's my opinion. ^_^

If it's from HappyNowhere, yah that's incredibly good comedy right there. It's been floating around a couple years now. Good stuff.
And a lot of it is TRUE Posted by Exploding Monkey (Member # 7612) on :
Yeah, that was pretty good. I haven't used a Mac since the '80's, so I can't relate, but it was still funny. Posted by Peter Howell (Member # 8072) on :
yeah, that was pretty funny, although, a lot of his arguments degenerated to "Oh my God, it doesn't work exactly like Windows, so it sucks!"

I don't even own or use a Mac, and it was funny. I sent the link to all my "Mac-based" friends

Making fun of someone's religion isn't funny.

What link are we talking about?
Posted by Farmgirl (Member # 5567) on :
at the top of the hatrack.com homepage, kaioshin. Above the Magic Street info -- there is small paragraph starting with Macs Rule

Funny you should say that, Kent! One of the people I sent the link to is our youth pastor, who uses a Mac exclusively. He e-mailed me back that he might have to re-consider my membership in the church if I spread Mac lies.... Posted by Kent (Member # 7850) on :

To them, I mean. I don't worship THE MIGHTY APPLE! Therefore, I .

It's the Might BLUE Apple, Kent. You must be sensitive to those of that religion
For a person who started using computers on Mac, the tricks and traps of Mac are nothing. For someone who started out using Windows, it's like telling us we've been given a brand new car, but someone else will be driving it.
Seriously, I was trying to fix a Macintosh and that no shutting off thing happened to me. Then there's the fact that I had to create a whole new user just to set up a freaking wireless ethernet card. <ick>

Haha, I watched it and thought it wsa pretty funny, although in my experience Mac's have been more stable then comperable PC's running Windows.

Likewise.

i thought it was funny, but kinda...untrue. I've used a mac forever, (my home computer has always been a mac) and Windows PCs just kind of frustate me.
The thing that bugs me the most about people who bash macs is...no one's forcing them to buy them. There are *very few* programs that are exclusively for macs. So...why bother? Just a thought.
