I'm not sure where i heard it but i beleive it was said that the latest book (to be released) in Bean's series will link up to the Ender series and bring the two together again.
I was just thinking - isn't this simply going to be an aging Peter communicating to Andrew so he could write The Hegemon.
Just my idea on the link - any others, or any confirmed news or *shifty eyes* spoilers?

Well, there have been rumors that it will be Bean's children who meet up with New Peter & friends in the futurwe to help stop the descoladores.

Yeah, it's not just a rumor, there will be a fourth book in the bean series and then Mr. Card will go further in his lil' Enderverse to link both miniseries with a sole novel. However, many have argued about what this novel could contain storywise and though there is many theories, few have actually retreived any actual confermation. So anyones guess is as good as mine. I personally hope that instead of just releasing a sole "link" novel, Mr. Card will release a new series in the Enderverse unless he is tired and wants to put an end to the saga that started his career. I'm sure his fans will be greatly disappointed if this is his choice, wouldn't you agree?!
