Arthur Rackham's Book of Pictures (Avanel, 1974, rep. of 1913 ed., 36pp hc;
see Amazon.com's Out of Print Search Service). Either you know
Rackham's work or you don't. This reprint came from the heyday of
Rackhamania in the late sixties and early seventies.
